Here are the requirement details

-- 6 month contract in boston, BA with financial services. 35/HR

 

• Support analysis components of an initiative with a particular focus on business analysis, design and deployment to support initiatives within the Client Ops/ Client Service IT & Ops Transformation Program

• Support senior BAs in defining business/system requirements

• Research and resolves issues within business analysis activities

• Document detailed requirements and related documentation

• Analyze current processes and recommends process improvements

• Participate in design sessions, documents and validates recommendations

• Serve as a business representative by bringing Subject Matter Expertise from the business area to support the Ops Transformation program

• Support the preparation of business cases, cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment and contingency planning

• Support project planning activities

• Support implementation activities including planning, training and deployment activities.

• Define and document business requirements and/or in performing project support duties

• Work closely with IT & Ops Transformation PM and Process Architect to ensure day to day activities are aligned with business requirements

• Work in partnership with the LEAN Management office to conduct LEAN waves as subject to process initiatives.
