Position: Java Tooling Developer

Location: Bethesda, MD

Duration : Long term

Note: Need consultant who has completed Masters in the US.

Required Education:

·  Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (2-3 years)

Required Skills:

·  Working Knowledge of Source Code Version systems like GIT, SVN and Code branching/merging strategies.

·  Experience with some Development tools like Jenkins is mandatory

·  Good understanding on Linux and networking internals

·  Experience in developing and working in agile based software development

·  Experience authoring documents for technical and non-technical audience

·  Hands on prior experience with ANY bash/ksh/csh/sh, or PERL/PYTHON scripting.

·  Ability to code in Java. Good knowledge of J2EE framework

·  Good understanding of build dependency management tools like Maven, Gradle.

·  Demonstrated experience in installing Tomcat and other software on a linux platform.

·  Experience with ANY build automation tools like, Bamboo, Teamcity etc.

Preferred Skills:

·  Prior work experience (even as user) with Atlassian tools like Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence or Bitbucket.

·  Prior work experience with static analysis tools, Junit or selenium grid

·  Experience in developing and working in agile based software development

·  Experience authoring documents for technical and non-technical audience
