Oracle PL/SQL Developer 
8+ Month Contract

Seeking an Oracle PL/SQL database Developer to develop solutions for an Precision Marketing Data Marts. You will be responsible for integrating information and technology to enable business insights for the Precision Marketing. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Turn information into insight for improved business performance by consulting with architects, solution managers, and analysts to extrapolate requirements and turn them into a technical design 
• Work with the Enterprise Data Warehouse team to design, code, and test ETL solutions 
Create and support SQL, and PL/SQL jobs 
• Model dimensional and relational database and application solutions 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
• 2-4 years of Database Developer Experience in one or more areas: Oracle / SQL Server 
• Experience in ETL processes 
• Relational and/or dimensional data modeling 
• Familiar with unit testing within Oracle 
• Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL and expertise in SQL. 
• Understanding of Oracle database concepts and techniques beyond those necessary for application programming 
• Database design and implementation 
• Design and Create Indexes 
• Write and Tune SQL queries 
• Write PL/SQL Load Procedures 
• Stored Procedures Ability / skills in the following areas: 
• Linux environment 
• Tidal Scheduler 
• Data Modeling. 
• Requirements Analysis 
• Proactive research into up to date technology or techniques for development and/or reporting 
• Experience in tracking down issues and troubleshooting 
• Self-Motivated, able to work individually, as well as part of a team 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
• Cross-functional work to create integrated enterprise solutions 
• Experience in reporting / hierarchies 
• Process modeling to drive out end user requirements
