 Systems Analyst -

6mo Contract
Plymouth, MN

Primary Responsibilities:
•Evaluates business requirements and prepares detailed specifications that follow project guidelines required to develop written programs
•Formulates, defines and documents the functional system specifications
•Devises or modifies procedures that solve complex business problems with due consideration for hardware/software capacity and limitations, operating times and the desired results
•Analyzes and revises existing functional documentation
•Generates innovative ideas to resolve problems
•Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success

Requirements:
•3+ years experience with SDLC practices
•5+ years System Analysis experience
•2+ years experience working with Contact Center Applications
•2+ years experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•1+ year experience working with relational databases
•HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years System Analyst experience OR Bachelor's Degree

Assets:
•QA testing and use Quality Center experience
•Project Management experience
•1+ year experience with Visio
•Experience with Agile Methodology
