Systems Development Requirements Analyst -

A System Development Requirements Analyst within the Access Management team is responsible for gathering, translating, and managing security access provisioning system requirements for the enterprise homegrown access provisioning tool, Secure. This candidate will work business, IT, and development groups to define and document requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the enterprise provisioning solution.
•Work with Business as well as IT teams to gather and properly document requirements.
•Document business and technical processes surrounding user access provisioning and identity management.
•Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for provisioning system development.
•Conduct quality assurance (QA) on work performed within the team.

Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree in MIS/Computer Science OR Associates Degree and 2 years of equivalent experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years of equivalent experience
•3+ years of gathering and documenting development requirements/specifications
•3+ years of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
•2+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
•1+ years of Agile Development
•Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities
•Ability to host in-person as well as teleconference meetings

Assets:
•Relational database experience
•ITIL Foundation certification
•Project Management experience
•Security Audit experience
•Entitlement Review experience
•CISSP, CISA, and/or CISM certification
•Healthcare Industry experience
