POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent work experience required.
Position will be located in Philadelphia, PA.
Project Management Certification (PMP) highly desired.
6-8 years of progressive project/program level management within the insurance space highly desirable.
Experience in Document management or content management highly desired.
Experience developing specified business project scope, budget and related plans from initiation through execution required.
Experience partnering with other business leads and subject matter experts to drive results required.
Experience managing business and IT relationships in a matrixed environment required
Cross-functional project experience with an emphasis on business and IT integration required.
Ability to management upward to senior-level management required.
Experience motivating/developing direct reports and providing guidance/mentoring required. Position may require management of other project managers or analysts.
Experience gathering, documenting and signing off on business requirements/design documents throughout the business value chain required.
Experience managing resources, processes and plans for the business operational readiness phases (training, SOPs, production implementation) of a project required.
