Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Engineer / Developer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Wilmington, DE
Description
We are seeking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Engineer/Developer with strong analytical abilities, excellent development and debugging skills, and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analysis and development of technical solutions for our global Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line support to our global user base
- Clearly document problem description, each activity and solution for each case
- Perform in-depth analysis of issues to determine causes and solutions
- Work with customers, development, support and other members of the team to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve issues and requests
- Communicate the status of issues to clients and to the CRM team management
- Identify high priority customer issues and escalate to management as appropriate

Product experience required:
- At least 3 years development experience working with MS Dynamics CRM 2011/2013, 4+ years experience preferred
- Recent in-depth experience managing or administering Microsoft SQL Server databases using Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2 or 2012.
- Familiarity with common TCP/IP protocols including HTTP and SMTP.
- Experience with Performance Monitoring and load testing methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience developing and deploying web service based solutions
- Experience administering Microsoft IIS web servers (versions 7.0 and 7.5)
- Excellent understanding of XML and HTML data structures
- Hands on experience with client-side JavaScript and C# .NET
- Hands on experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
- Strong support desk experience including call logging and SLA compliance
- Microsoft SQL Server (Reporting Service and Integration Services experience is highly desirable)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of four years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
Preferred skills:
- Outlook and Telephony (CTI) Integration with MS CRM product
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server or equivalent experience with a comparable ALM tool.
- Solid mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Macros, PowerPoint etc.)
- Database model design, implementation, maintenance, performance tuning
