Description
The Logistics Execution EWM Specialist is a Senior role that needs advanced skills in SAP EWM and ready to work in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business processes in SAP including requirements definition, break-fix resolution, data integrity, testing, training, reporting and change management process. The Functional Analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and resolve business issues and drive innovative solutions; helping ensure that quality customer service is provided to SAP EWM users and their associated business processes. The Functional Analyst must highly initiative and have the ability to perform business process troubleshooting independently while working effectively across our Client's RunSAP Organization.
Duties:
· Ability to understand configuration analysis across SAP, particularly in SCM-EWM Org Structure, Master Data, Warehouse Monitor & RF Framework, Goods Receipt Processing, Goods Issue processing, Storage control, Production Supply, Yard Management, Labor Management and Printing. SAP Transportation Management is a Plus.
· Understanding of ECC SD, WM, IM desirable.
· Hands-on with qRFC issues, resolve highly complex break-fix tickets that involve both ECC and EWM.
· Partner with configuration team to test solutions, including updating appropriate documentation.
· Work closely with ABAP resources.
· Provide functional knowledge for the applications supported by our client's SAP support organization and associated business processes.
· Ability to resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions.
· Partner with Senior Business Analysts in the development of functional specifications and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
· Work with Senior Business Analysts to define user requirements, and translate them to functional specifications.
· Work closely with the Technology team to provide 24X7 functional and technology support on SAP systems.
· Resolve Level 2 tickets (break/fix) and Enhancements that are assigned to them by the Queue Manager.
· Accountable for end to end resolution of incident tickets; track and monitor incidents throughout the lifecycle.
· Be a single contact point for user queries.
· Work with SAP for OSS messages when necessary.
· Collaborates as needed with other SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis
· Facilitates interactions and escalations with appropriate groups (e.g. SAP Solution teams, Global Infrastructure, etc.)
· Accountable for completion of all communication activities back to the consumer (while communication may be executed by others, case manager is accountable for the completion of communication activities.)
· Meet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)
· Special projects as assigned.
· Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes.
· Participate on department teams to develop various procedures / policies.
· Experience with HPQC, Change Management Process.
