eCommerce Developer (SQL/Informatica)

10-11 mo contract

 

 

 

Description:  The mid-level developer will focus on development of front-end as well as back-end processing throughout full software development life cycle.  Experience working with commissions processing

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design, analyze and implement all areas/phases of product development in a Microsoft environment including but not limited to research, design, development, testing, documentation and support of developed software.

 

• Assist in ongoing maintenance and production support of existing applications.

 

• Assist in the development of test plans and execution of test plans related to unit testing, QA testing and regression testing.

 

• Develop user interfaces and program logic.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Experience with developing and optimizing databases, stored procedures, on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and higher

·         Experience with developing and tuning Informatica

·         Oracle PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.

·         Solid background developing .NET applications integrated with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 using Visual Studio

·         Hands on experience with .NET Windows Forms, Windows Services, Web Services, Remoting and COM+

·         ASP.NET/web programming skills are a plus

·         VB6 programming skills are a plus

·         Data modeling knowledge is a plus

·         Experience with source control tools

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work in a time-critical environment and multi-task among multiple projects

·         Self-starting with a strong work ethic

·         Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML

·         Experience with commissions

·         Must be eligible to work in the US
