Technical/Functional Skills:
• 3-4 years of experience in WID/WPS development
• Strong configuration and design skills in IBM WebSphere Process Server (WPS) and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB)
• Participation in each phase of WPS and WESB implementations
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the WPS and WESB coupled with good understanding of the business processes
• Has experience in implementing BPEL flows, Mediation flows, MQ interface, and other features of WPS and WESB
• Strong technical foundation including; Java, XML/XSD, Web services, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
• Understands Web services and available technologies that are utilized to transport data in an enterprise environment
• A proven resource in defining systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Familiar with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Web service performance measurement and improvement concepts
