Applied knowledge of Securities & Capital Markets. Good knowledge ofSecurities & Capital Markets business technolcogylandscape. Understanding onvarious players in the industry and interdependencies if any (e.g. Third PartyService Providers,Regulators etc.) Awareness of overall Securities & CapitalMarkets industry regulatory enviornment.

 

Data Analysis

Data collection and Metrics development, Trending, ability to feed input forAPR and program level decision making

BUSINESS ANALYST - ROLES

Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes throughmeetings and discussions. Provide overallbusiness and systems analysis anddesign support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Executefunctionaltests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complexsystem changes. Provide testing feedback to technology andmonitor adherence tofunctional requirements Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productivein time to meetrequirements of customer. Adjust priorities according tochanges in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Program's projectmanagerin making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshoredelivery. Provides Training andOperational support to business unit. Providetraining to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed. Assistandadvise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incomingresources. May be a subject matter expert in a chosenarea/function
