1. Senior J2EE lead - well worsed with Core Java, integration with MQ, EJBs, Servlets, Spring framework

2. Additional knowledge of Flex/BlazeDs will help.

3. SQL Queries & basic db knowledge.

4. Very good communication skills and onsite/offshore coordination.
