Description: Under general direction, maintains, troubleshoots, configures and manages technology applications, systems, and projects.
Responsibilities:
· Interacting extensively with external or internal clients.
· Critically understanding clients' operations and systems.
· Translating requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief.
· Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility.
· Installing system patches.
· Work with the programmer analysts and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
· Execute system configuration requests.
· Perform application specific systems issue troubleshooting and debugging.
· Automation of system jobs and tasks through scripting.
· Planning a testing schedule for completing the system operations.
· Executing and supervising proper implementation of a new system.
· Monitor systems activities and performance.
· Keeping knowledge and documentation up-to-date with technical sector developments in the industry.
