Location: Lake Forest, IL
Length: 4-6 months w/Option for Additional Time

***One position is for Material Master Standard costing ; and the other is for Material Master setup position.***

 

 

DESCRIPTION

Additional Financial Master Data team support is required in order to sustain adequate response time on standard daily work within the group and larger project initiatives that are required of the group.  Master Data Analyst Consultant in our Lake Forest headquarters to fulfill the role outlined below. Consultant will create, update and analyze standard costs in the Material Master Data in SAP along with providing Material Master Standard Costing Customer support as needed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for data integrity and accuracy for SAP Financial Master Data;
• Create and maintain master records;
• Improve quality of data;
• Maintain system integrity;
• Communicate and enforce process compliance and Audit of Data
• Document and create training and instructional material
• Review nightly Material Master Data audits and correct any material master audit data issues daily.

 

EXPERIENCE

 

·         Minimum 2-4 years of SAP product standard costing with production and material master data

·         Work experience in a manufacturing setting that utilizes SAP;

·         Ability to work and communicate well with all levels;

·         Strong organization and prioritization skills required to meet strict deadlines;

·         Ability to multi task and work as a team member.

·         Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience,

·         Finance background is helpful

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Winshuttle and Mass Data Load experience;

·         SAP, Winshuttle, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, and Outlook
