Ø Previous Experience with Civilian Agency's like NASA, Peace Corp, USAID, USPS is huge plus
Overview:
This individual will work as part of a .Net development team for a new development effort. This individual will participate in all aspects of analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Experience:
1. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Developer with hands-on experience with Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.NET, Silverlight, WCF, MVC3 & CSS).
a. Candidate must be able to design interfaces and develop sequence diagrams within Silverlight.
2. Strong pluses include:
a. Previous experience publishing and processing JavaScript & jQuery
i. Developing user interfaces using JSPs / MVC
3. Analyze business, functional and non-functional requirements to create technical design and unit testing documents
4. Setup development and production environments.
5. Develop clear and concise documentation
6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
