· We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Microsoft Windows, C#, SQL, and .Net infrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for the continued development of our coaching solution applications.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with Product Management and Eng Leads in the specification, design, implementation and qualification of our Thunder Football, Basketball, and Hockey Products software releases
· Demonstrated ability to scope and prioritize work required for targeted objectives
· Actively participate in a variety of engineering assignments across product development
· Effectively handle and investigate, root cause and address defects discovered by SQA and users
· Exercise leadership and good judgment to obtain results
· Engage with members of the project and program team to ensure that:
· Development requirements are clear, credible and understood.
· Development plans for your tasks are in place and realistic enough to be committed to.
· plan and Execution is proceeding according to the overall MSproject schedule.
· and Quality and Supportability issues are considered addressed throughout the development process.
· Constantly search for ways to reduce risks
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, certification and experience is required.
· Required skills and development experience (3-5 years):
· .Net Windows Forms Application Development in C#
· SQL
· VB6, WPF, and C++ experience is a plus
· Agile development experience is a plus
· The ideal candidate would also posses the following:
