Position1: Test Environment Architect
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Requirements:
• Should have strong knowledge on various enterprise Test environments and interface technologies.
• Preparing technical content and presenting successful sales proposals.
• Prior experience in pre-sales activities.
• Experience of development, implementation and maintenance of Test Environment Strategies and Process Improvement programs.
• Experience in ITIL implementation for projects.
• Providing technical leadership and strategic direction to an organization.
• Good understanding of database concept.
• Conducting Health checks and audits of projects of all size.
• Should have at least 2 years onsite experience as a lead/manager
• Sound knowledge on latest trends and technologies like virtualization and Cloud etc.
• Hands-on experience in review client's test environments across multiple projects/programs, recommend and gaining senior management commitment to architectural changes and solutions.
• Presentation and communication skills required to handle customer and senior management

Position 2: Test Environment Lead
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Requirements:
• Experienced in ITIL framework and implement the test environment best practices.
• Understand the Release/ configuration management process and able to create the strategy plans.
• Troubleshoot the test environment related issues and provide support to the team in resolving the same.
• Prior experience of handling a team and assisting them in various test environment management activities.
• Good understanding on SLA, approval and escalation mechanism.
• Co-ordination, leadership and team building qualities are essential.
• Hands-on working experience on SQL queries and RDBMS concepts.
• Be able to understand and explain the SDLC and STLC life cycle and methodologies
