Here are the skills set required:

-          ASP.NET 4.0

-          C#

-          MVC 3

-          jQuery/Javascript

-          Architectural and Design Patterns (Repository, IoC/DI)

-          Unity 2.0

-          WCF

-          SQL Server 2008 R2/T-SQL

-          TDD

-          Testing Frameworks (MSTest preferable)

 

And, candidates may need to go through Codility Tests (Refer samples @ www.codility.com).
