EXPERIENCE
10 + rears of experience working on various BI/DW tools and technologies
Deep understanding of various BI/DW architectures
Should have led Architecture teams in large program rollout
Should understand data models / structures and be able to suggest improvements.
Lead discussions with customer on ERWIN diagrams, project structure definition (the split and design at Database, Data Source, Data Warehouse, ETL & Reporting layers).
Should be able to define and document requirements and HLD by himself.
Conversant with Data Management processes
Conversant with Source to target flows
Conversant with Master Data Management (MDM)
Conversant with Metadata Management
Understand various tools in market used in a BI / DW environment, such as
Oracle DB DB2/ UDB DB
Informatica Hyperion
Fed Server Oracle DW
SAP BW SAP HANA
SAP Business Objects
Working knowledge of SAP BO
ESSENTIAL
Excellent Communication skills – Language & Presentation
Listening Skills
Ability to collaborate with multi location delivery teams and customer stakeholders
Ability to work in culturally diverse groups
Empathy with the customer
DESIRABLE: Exposure to Automotive environment
