Here are the requirement details

-- The problem is  they need someone with a blend of Visual C++ MFC, C# and SQL and that has been hard to find. It is initially a 1 year contract to replace their transplant system, and he said it could go up to 18 months. The old system is built in Visual C++ and they are migrating to the new system that's being built in C#.  They do not need the person to be local and if they find the right person would be willing to make an offer after completing a phone interview. Candidate will be required to work on site in Rochester.

Short Description: Analyst/Programmer position will assist in the ongoing support and development of enhancements of applications for the Transplant Center.
Complete Description: The Analyst/Programmer will be part of a team that supports the Transplant Center System deployed for clinical use in the liver, heart/lung, kidney, and bone marrow transplant programs.  The contractor will be responsible for timely completion of tasks as assigned by the project manager and/or the Lead Analyst/Programmer and working closely with other team members to complete overall projects. The tasks will include both enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the system.
Behavior Characteristics: Proven analytical and technical capabilities, good communication skills (both verbal and written), comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually
