IIS7 architecture/design ( A GURU)
Windows Server 2008 Cluster
Expertise in custom design of web sites
Expertise in custom design of Window's DLL
Expertise in Windows .Net Framework 2.0/3.5
Some SQL Server Database/Design skills would be a nice to have
