Android / IOS Developer

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration: 6+ months

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or 4-year college is required. Master's degree in one of these fields is a plus.

Prefer 9 Years' experience,

·       6 years of industry experience working as software engineer developing mobile applications on either Android or iOS platform or both, with at least 2 years to 3 years in Android application development.

·         Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including systems analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation

·         Skillful in Java SDK and Android Framework on Linux / UNIX / Windows platform

·         Proficient in using Android Studio or Eclipse IDE

·         Strong TCP / IP programming skill required

·         Strong knowledge of HTTP and HTTPS required

·         Experience in network programming

 

DESIRED SKILLS

·         Experience with commercial launch of mobile apps

·         Experience in Wi-Fi Direct and / or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, and SIM card programming

·         Experience in building middleware, tools, or platforms that have been used in practice

·         Experience in iOS application development

·         Experience in REST API and cloud computing

·         Experience in AOSP (Android Open Source Project)
