Job Description :

 

·         This is a Lead-level position in which the resource will be responsible for systems analysis, design, and programming of medium to complex assignments using the ABAP programming language.

 

Required Skills :
 

• ABAP Lead experience having advanced programming skills with Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Correspondence, and Workflows
• Large Systems Implementation/Deployment experience
• Experience with defining/analyzing user requirements to develop a detailed system design
• ABAP WebDynPro (WDA) experience
• Adobe Interactive Forms experience
• Experience monitoring the utilization of hardware and software
• Experience creating project plans and development schedules
• Experience with preparing reports on project status, resource commitments, technical issues, and delivering to management
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including customer / client communication skills
• Proven decision-making capabilities and sound judgment, objectively evaluating pros, cons, trade-offs and alternatives among options
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors.
