Job Description :

 

·         PSP is in need of a Cisco Network Engineer. Candidates must have EXCELLENT communication skills and troubleshooting experience, as well as experience with CISCO Advanced Security functions, crypto maps and IP Access Control Lists (ACLs) to be considered.

 

Required Skills :
 

• Experience troubleshooting CISCO-specific as well as other network related issues with technical and non-technical end users.
• Hands-on experience with CISCO 2811 Integrated Services Routers and IOS, 2800 software
• Experience with CISCO IPSEC functions, Advanced Security Features, crypto maps, and IP access control lists (ACLs)
• Experience with DNS including stub zones, host files and other implementations
• Experience with browser settings and troubleshooting
• Experience with general firewall exposure, rule sets, NAT, network ports and services
• Experience with general network topologies and interconnectivity solutions
• Experience with certificates and implementation
• Experiencing interpreting network sniffer traces utilizing tools such as Wireshark (specific experience with Wireshark is preferred)
• General network security background
• EXCELLENT communication skills required as there will be extensive troubleshooting via phone with technical and non-technical users..
