Job Description :

 

·         The Behavioral Health division at Iowa Department of Public Health seeks an experienced business analyst or project manager with a background in business analysis to identify the requirements for the data management system for Substance Abuse and Problem.

 

Required Skills :
 

• Experience in a Waterfall SDLC environment, though experience other methodologies are welcome
• Maintain a degree of self-management
• Design potential solutions
• Advise on building versus procuring solutions
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders
• Write clear and concise documentation
• Use analysis and/or modeling techniques to elicit requirements
• Familiarity with using reporting tools
• Experience and understanding of the front end and back end of a data system (what the public "face" looks like and how it interacts with the back end)
• Understanding of data integrity and data validation
• Drive the collection of business requirements
• Schedule and facilitate meetings
• Working Knowledge of SQL.
