We are currently looking forward to expanding our India offshore team and looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter's, Sr. Sales/ Marketing Lead & Junior Sales/ Recruiters for our back office in Hyderabad, AP, India.

 

Job Description in detail:

 

Position # 1

Sr. Sales/ Marketing Lead

Responsibilities:

·         Establish a team, and take overall Sales and Marketing responsibility.

·         Provide leadership to sales staffs to ensure business targets are met and exceeded. Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts.

·         Develop sales policies and procedures, Communicate and ensure the implementation of the same. Also contribute to the overall Business Strategy.

·         Should have good experience working with candidates on different visas (F1/ OPT, CPT, H1B, L1, L2, GC, US Citizens).

·         Sound knowledge in tax terms: Corp 2 Corp, 1099, W2.

·         Setting Sales and Financial targets / objectives and ensuring they are met, providing reports and presenting to senior management.

·         Managing relationships with clients and senior management

 

Job Description

Mandatory Technical skills / experience:

·         Strong selling skills & Marketing experience.

·         Should have 3-5 years of experience in US IT Sales/ Marketing.

·         Good written and commanding spoken language skills.

·         Expert in MS Outlook, word, Excel & PowerPoint

·         Flair in Business Development experience & Perform Market analysis.

·         Should be able to conduct DEMO to prospect.

·         Exposure to North American Market, ability to generate & manage leads.

 

 

Position # 2

Sr. Technical Recruiting Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·         Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.

·         Recruit, screen, interview, and close candidates for client's requirements.

·         Identify top talent utilizing various job boards, networking, referrals and user groups.

·         Maintain and document candidate and client communications in the database.

  • Should have good experience working with candidates on different visas (F1/ OPT, CPT, H1B, L1, L2, GC, US Citizens).
  • Sound knowledge in tax terms: Corp 2 Corp, 1099, W2.
  • To search, identify, source and deliver IT Consultants on time at the client's site.
  • Doing technical screening, rate negotiation and closing candidates over telephone.
  • Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with client's Hiring manager through sales team. 
  • Coordinating with HR-Administration department for smooth on-boarding of IT consultants.
  • Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.

 

Desired/Required qualifications:

  • Handled the Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating technical tests & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibility till joining of candidates.
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Prior experience in IT recruiting within the IT staff augmentation industry is a must.
  • Candidate should have good interpersonal skills with excellent rapport building skills.
  • Must have excellent PC skills with effective internet searching skills.
  • Post graduate candidates would be highly preferred. MBAs are the most preferred choice. Won't be able to consider fresh BE's. But BE's or graduates with 2 years experience would be considered.

 

Position # 3

Junior Sales/ IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

·         Atleast 0-1 year of experience in US IT based Sales/ Recruitment.

·         Should have good experience working with candidates on different visas (F1/ OPT, CPT, H1B, L1, L2, GC, US Citizens).

·         Sound knowledge in tax terms: Corp 2 Corp, 1099, W2.

 

Desired/Required qualifications:

·         Should have 0-2 years of experience in US IT based Sales & Recruitment.

·         Strong selling skills & Marketing experience.

·         Good written and commanding spoken language skills.
