UPDATE: I had one candidate interview last Friday, he was too light on the MS Access skills.

 

Must have: Working knowledge of Microsoft Transact-SQL (alter triggers, views, data transformation functions) Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server data types Minimum 3 years experience programming in MS Access using VBA, C, C++, or Java Thorough knowledge of MS Access architecture, ACE engine, DAO, OLE DB, ADO, and ODBC Previous experience converting at least one complex MS Access application to SQL Server Thorough knowledge of SQL Server programming (creating/altering triggers, views, data transformation functions Nice to have: Familiarity with legacy Microsoft JET engine TSQL programming experience

This is only a short term 6-8 week project (could extend longer) likely need a local MN candidate.
