Customer wants them to start NOW.

We need 2 resources that have 3 years SharePoint experience with the below skillset.

•Develop/customize workflow based applications on SharePoint 2007 using Windows SharePoint Services and Office SharePoint Server 2007, Office SharePoint Designer 2007, InfoPath 2007, Nintex 2007, SharePoint Object Model, and Web Services, to satisfy Business Unit requests for applications in SharePoint 2007.
