 Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6-9 month

 

Job Summary:

• Strong business analyst skills in terms of requirements elicitation and definition

• Help drive clear definition of scope and vision and remove ambiguities

• Very strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Ability to help elicit both short term and long term requirements but able to help prioritize them

• Requires a "driver" personality to be able to take chaotic and disparate needs from various stakeholders and bring structure and direction

• Ability to surface the right type of requirements by asking the right questions

   o Conscious requirements - stakeholders are aware of

   o Unconscious requirements  - stakeholder knows the requirements so well that they don't think  it's worth mentioning - almost    

      unconsciously assumed in their mind

   o Undreamed requirements - stakeholders have not thought of the requirement because they think it's not possible or the idea has

      not occurred to them)

• Be able to bridge the business and technology communication gap - take business requirements and translate them into specifics needed from a technology perspective while identifying business and technology risks/impacts
