Hi Partners,

We are looking for US IT Recruiter-Freelancer, who can deliver good candidates for our client requirements.

Initially on commission basis, after one placement we will pay the salary +Incentives if the person is interested or else they can continue commission basis only.

Experience

5+ years of experience in Recruiting

Excellent English spoken and written skills

Must have experience in US IT recruitment

End to end recruitment experience

Good general IT skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to understand the requirement and source, identify and interview suitable candidates

Should interview candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for requirements

Ability to source profiles from Job portals like Dice, Monster and social networking sites like LinkedIn and Head hunting at a quick pace

Should have experience working on fulltime and W2 positions.

Should have experience working with GC's and Citizens.

To be able to head hunt non-active candidates effectively for requirements

The ability to generate new candidates through referrals

The ability to liaise effectively with the clients on interview arrangements and interview feedback

To utilize the database effectively while searching and record keeping

Work closely with team members and share relevant leads and candidates effectively
