Business Systems Analyst, Global HR 

6+ Month Contract

 

ROLE SUMMARY & REQUIREMENTS:

- Perform duties of a Global HR Compensation Business Analyst
- Work closely with the business to solidify business requirements
- Work closely with IT partners to translate business needs into system solutions
- Document business requirements in detail
- Translate business requirements into design documents
- Create, review and update test scenarios
- Work with the testers, developers and 3rd party vendor on issue analysis and defect resolution
- Assist with creating successful HR integrations from compensation systems to Workday HCM system
- Act as liaison between the business and the implementation partner's teams of resources to ensure the compensation systems are implemented to the requirements of the business
