Job Description :

 

·         The primary responsibility of the Interface/Batch/Architecture Specialist is to ensure that Cardinal batch processing completes successfully on daily basis in addition the next day batch jobs are loaded in scheduling tool.

 

Required Skills :
 

• ERP Software - PeopleSoft.
• Batch processing.
• Desire exposure of 2 to 3 years working with PeopleSoft with understanding of high level core processing in one of the modules AP, AR, GL etc.
• Exposure of working within PeopleSoft using tools like People Tools, PS query and SQL etc.
• Performs batch monitoring and restarts consisting of verifying batch jobs start as scheduled, monitoring scheduled production batch jobs and resolving batch scheduling conflicts
• Monitors scheduler related incidents and develop and recommend changes to the scheduler database
• Capable of doing initial research/triaging of Application/Interface job failure using tools available within PeopleSoft or other applications.
