Here are the requirement details

 Position:  FileNet Upgrade

Location: Nashville, TN

Length: 6 months+

 

Position Description:

 

This position is critical to the ongoing support and maintenance of the State's IBM FileNet System and will be integral in the successful upgrade of IMB FileNet P8 from 4.5 to 5.2.  It will also be providing assistance with the upgrade of Microsoft SharePoint from 2010 to 2013.

 

Description of Duties:

 

-Upgrade FileNet P8 4.5 to 5.2 including coordinating with customers that have custom frontends attached to the shared FileNet environment

-Create object stores, document classes, security policies, custom objects, and subscriptions.  Workflow map design including process routing, queues, rosters and components, event logging, milestones and statistics.

-Support FileNet and document capture solutions such as enterprise scanning, fax and email integration, barcode recognition, batch processing, image formats and OCR

-Upgrade SharePoint 2010 to 2013 this calendar year including coordinating with customers that have custom frontends attached to the shared SharePoint environment
