Seeking candidates with following (1 of which would be lead – so in addition, needs technical leadership skills – dev lead, not PM)

Title: Telligent Consultant

Client: Dell

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6-12 months

 (US Citizen, GC, EAD or TN only – no H1's for this client)  

Interview method: phone screens only if not local

Manager notes: "We're looking to upgrade our Community sites from Telligent 5.6 to Telligent 7.  Our current Telligent 5.6 platform is heavily customized to meet Dell's particular needs.  We believe that Telligent 7 will allow us to use much more "out of the box".  We're looking for people to help augment and lead our team in this effort"

 

Skills:

Telligent 5.6 development experience (strongly preferred)

Work on Telligent 6 or Telligent 7 development efforts (required)

Strong .Net (C#, ASP.Net) development skills with minimum of 5 years experience (prefer 10+ for lead)

Experience customizing search and SSO providers on Telligent platform and integrating with legacy systems

Experience with Telligent themes (2 years)

Experience creating custom widgets as well as customizing built-in widgets
