NOTE: This position will be responsible to support all Oracle eBusiness Suite applications below (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Cash Management, iExpenses, ADI/Web ADI),

Description
Summary: This position will provide functional/system support on the Oracle Applications for the Global Corporate Accounting and Finance teams and act as a liaison between the Functional teams and the IT development and DBA teams. Position will be required to work in Broomfield, CO business hours MST

Essential Functions:
The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for:
- Acting as a liaison between the functional teams and the IT Development and DBA teams on system issues, enhancements and projects
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of Help Desk calls on Oracle E-Business Suite and related software
-Supports day-to-day execution of production support and module configurations of Oracle 11i Financial Applications (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Cash Management, iExpenses, ADI/Web ADI),
-Work with the functional teams to develop detailed documentation of system enhancements and business cases supporting the enhancement requests
-Working with Oracle Support on issues requiring technical assistance requests (TARs)
-Providing ad hoc training on system functionality as requested by the business owners and end users
-Ensuring that system issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner to meet the month-end and quarter-end deadlines of the accounting and finance teams

Required Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's degree with a technical degree in Information Technology
Must have Strong knowledge of Oracle 11i Financials modules
3 - 5 years in business operations, requirements gathering, and information systems
3- 5 years current working knowledge with Oracle E-Business Suite is required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills are a must
Candidates should also have a high competency in Excel, SQL/PLSQL and Discoverer
Experience working with an implementation project team is a plus
