Sr. Java Developer

Location: Rockville, MD (Locals/ Nearby who can come F2F)

Duration: Long Term

A. Java/JEE, Spring MVC, AngularJS, REST API, SQL and other data query languages (Mandatory)

B. Proficiency in client side JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (Mandatory)

C. SDLC Experience

 

Candidate should have an expert level understanding of Java API for JSON Binding/Java Message Service/Java Servlet/Java API for RESTful Web Services/Model-View-Controller/Java Server Faces/Java EE Security API

 

The customer is upgrading from older technologies to Spring, AngularJS, and a REST API. Candidate MUST have high-level confidence and over 3 years of recent experience with these. 

Prior experience with Struts/EJBs and SOAP APIs would be very helpful

 

Ability to work effectively with the team on complex projects, interacting with tech leads /PMs, excellent communication and  documentation skills are mandatory too.
