·        Experience in Large scale Java Development & Deployment

·        Applications go through multiple data centers

·        Experience in Core Java, Spring (Spring Web Flow preferred, not a must)

·        Experience in HTML, CSS, TDD (integrated testing - separate from QA)

·        Experience in  Cucumber or Selenium, RESTful Web Services, Networking Protocols (HTTP/HTTPS)
