 This person's primary focus will be auditing pages for ADA compliance. Each product team has their own team of developers to make the actual changes to the website, so coding/developing is -not- a requirement for this role.

The accessibility team under UI Engineering is responsible for promoting, overseeing, and maintaining web accessibility for BestBuy.com and other Best Buy web properties. 
Key areas include defining and documenting standards for making web properties accessible and auditing pages on a daily basis to ensure said standards are continuously met.

Skills:
•    5+ years experience with the following requirements 
•    Good Communication and organizational skills
•    Extensive knowledge and experience with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and guidelines
•    Experience with accessibility audit and quality assurance tools and processes

Preferred Skills:
1.    Knowledge of disability law including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504)
2.    Familiarity with WCAG standards
3.    Familiarity with implementing WAI-ARIA standards
4.    Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
5.    Experience with mobile application platforms (iOS, Android
