Only Locals- In person Interview

 Minneapolis, MN

UAT Tester 
6 months

*upon offer, candidates must complete a background check*

Responsibilities:
- Establishing and following standards for planning, communication, and execution of analysis and testing
- Demonstrated ability to engage subject matter experts, gather user requirements, and effectively communicate via documentation, process maps, and visuals
- Demonstrating ability to properly execute test cases / scripts, document defects and report results.
- Ability to apply effective automated testing.
- Accountable for task management and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned system / deliverables as part of a UAT team
- Effective use of Quality Center Metrics across UAT planning and execution
- Effectively facilitating meetings related to test execution status.
- Application of proven best practices, tools, and templates from prior experience

Required:
- Looking for experience with the different modules in HP Quality Center as well.
- 3-5 years of analyst and testing experience across a variety of projects
- Strong results orientation balanced by relationship management and team building/motivation skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organization, problem solving, conflict resolution and relationship building Experience testing internet based applications
- Strong knowledge and experience with Quality Center

Preferred:
- Highly prefer someone with Web based tool UAT experience.
- Annuities and Insurance product testing experience is highly preferred.
- Prior Life Insurance experience preferred.
- Financial services product knowledge desired (i.e. Annuities and Insurance)
