SOA, ETL Tester - Integration, Stabilization Tester
Location: Portland, Maine (Onsite)

Working in Onsite-Offshore Model

Large Transformation Program, Integration Testing, Stabilization Testing, Agile, Automation, Service Virtualization, Scaled Agile Frameworks, SOA, ETL

 

For a multi-year transformation program, the customer is seeking an experienced partner to provide system integration services that will ensure successful implementation of a multi-year transformation program that follows SAFe agile to implement a COTS PAS and Billing platform in the customer environment.  Client is standing up a new team to provide testing services to this program.

 

Experience with functional automation frameworks and tools across technology landscape like UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, etc.

Experience with SOA, ETL and interface testing using SOAP UI, CA DevTest, etc.

Experience with test planning and risk based testing implementation

Experience with integration testing techniques for real time, batch and hybrid interfaces

Ability to coordinate with various teams for resolving dependencies

 

Participate in testing scope and test approach development

Provide inputs for developing testing estimate to support Integration Testing and End-to-End Testing

Responsible for preparing Integration Test Plan and Track progress

Participate in Scrum Meetings to update testing progress and status

Responsible for understanding the requirements for the test effort

Develop Test Scenarios as assigned

Develop test scripts that trace to the Test Scenarios

Harvest regression suite and enable continuous regression

Execute scripts according to schedule

Report defects and retest code fixes

Attend project meetings (e.g. defect management, requirements walk-through, and so on.)

Proactively identifies and escalates any issues or risks to test leadership and assists with resolution

Prepares regular testing status reports and provides testing metrics as appropriate
