Opportunity 1: Change Management in Grafton, WI.
This position will run from August 2014 through November 2015. That is a 16 month engagement. Because of the length of the engagement and the importance of the resources staying to the end, we will structure the payment at a daily rate, but will subtract 40 dollars a day to be paid at the completion of the project. If the consultants decide to leave before the end of the project (say a month before go live, then they will forfeit this payment). You are to inform the consultants of this arrangement prior to submitting them, as we will inform them also. You should write this condition into the statement of work.
We are seeking a Change Management expert to be part of our project team. This individual should have experience with Change Management on large multi function multi locations projects.
The following business functions will be impacted.
· Order Management
· iStore
· Logistics – Receiving, Shipping
· BI (Business Intelligence)
· Manufacturing
· ASCP Planning
· Demantra forecasting
· Sourcing
· Finance
· EDI – (Electronic Data Interchange)
· Engineering
This is an Oracle migration project the change management resource does not need to have an Oracle background. I believe it is better that they do not. They should focus on the change management part of the project.
The correct individual will have a tool box of change management strategies and approaches in the following areas;
· Existing tool set for Change Management
· Best Practices on change management for large projects
· Perform frequent project updates
· Create Newsletters
· Play the communication leadership role
There are up to 16 different locations affected by this change. The primary project location will be in Grafton Wisconsin, although there are not changes at this site. This person should be prepared to travel at least 50% of the time to various different locations including Mexico, Tipp City OH, La Vergne TN, Lessport PA, El Paso TX, among others. The ability to speak both English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Opportunity 3: Warehouse Consultant in El Paso, TX.
The right candidate should be knowledgeable in WMS and MSCA.
It is preferable to take this position in El Paso, TX. Alternatively this individual can be located in La Vergne, TN.

Opportunity 4: Sourcing Consultant in Juarez, Mexico.
The right candidate should be knowledgeable in Purchasing, Inventory and interactions with Demantra. 80% functional, 20% technical.
Opportunity 5: Sourcing and Financial Techno-functional Consultant in Grafton, WI.
The correct individual should be knowledgeable in Inventory, Demantra, Purchasing, AP, GL, AR.
We are looking for a candidate 50% functional and 50% technical.
Opportunity 6: 2 Manufacturing Consultants in Mexico.
The correct individual should be knowledgeable in Inventory, WIP, BOM, Routing, Costing, Engineering information.
We need one consultant in CD. Juarez, Chihuahua and one consultant in Acuña, Coahuila
Opportunity 7: On-site Manufacturing Lead in Pittsburgh, PA
This position is going to be on hold for a couple of weeks, you can continue to submit resumes, but keep in mind there will be a couple of weeks before we start interviewing; I would encourage you to inform of this to your candidates.
Position will be based at our Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. We will interview in rate order. Timeline is 12 months, August 2014 – August 2015.

Although this is a techno-functional manufacturing and distribution. This is different from our normal roles at Regal as we are looking for a Site leader who can do more than just manufacturing and distribution. He/she should have some project management skills and the ability to play a co-ordination role and motivation role at the site. Because of the dual nature of the position we have increased the rate as we need a more experience resource.
Qualifications: College degree in business or technical field, or related experience. Equivalent of 5 or more years experience with Oracle R12 and/or 11i manufacturing related applications and database technology support. Experience in at least two full Oracle 11i and/or R12 implementation/upgrade projects, in a functional role, with Oracle manufacturing. Knowledge in Oracle database schemas and the use of Oracle standard APIs. Experience in the creation, managing and resolution of Oracle TARs with Oracle Support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish for written and verbal communication.
Desired Qualifications: Ability to travel to Mexico if needed. Oracle Applications 11i and R12 implementation and upgrade experience in an Oracle R12 or 11i Manufacturing environment. Experience with various manufacturing process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution; troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications Manufacturing module. Experience in manufacturing configuration and use; and test script creation and testing is also a plus. Experience in other Oracle R12 or 11i Application modules such as configurator, costing, ASCP, bill of material, routing, EAM, and inventory as well as knowledge in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to manufacturing module schemas/products, standard (API's) application program interfaces, data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion and reporting. Should have experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle TAR's with Oracle Support and have strong interpersonaland communication skills. Should be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology.
All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional; however they should be at least 20% technical as well.
Like all our consultants;
· We expect them to work 5 days a week at their primary location.
· We will pay a daily rate for each day of work.
· Please build expenses into your rate.
· If travel is required to a non primary location then Regal will cover that travel.
· We intend to interview candidates in rate order.
· You can submit candidates over the rate, please understand if you choose to do this, we will be interviewing them after we have talked to the resources in our range. No need to follow up about additional inquires on them.
