Implements thesolution based on technical specification and and resolves issues independantlyin the areas of own skills. Good knowledge about quality process and also guidethe team- mates in using the various quality tools. Able to mentor 2-3technical consultants and support them in developing solutions. AlongwithBasic ABAP capabilities , candidate must have basic knowledge in one of theother areas such as Data migration techniques or conversant with basicknowledge of ALE/ IDOCs or Any one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes : 1. BAPIs and performance tuning , 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4.Smart forms 5. ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have atleast 2 - 4years of experience in SAP ABAP and has atleast 2 implementation projects'experience and/or has exposure to support projects.

Good knowledge about theBenefits Module, Payroll Related Infotypes, Payroll status record, Payrollcontrol record, Posting data to FI. ALE/IDOC, BADI's related to Benefits/TimeManegement/Payroll. Knowledge about HR Upgrade project and Unicode Conversion.

Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates , assistin solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well asassisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution Ableto guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering businessrequirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processesand also guide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have atleast 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specializationand 1 - 3 years of domain experience Must have a good understanding of the submodules of FI ( General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable with agood working knowledge of the CO modules comprising of Cost Center Accounting,Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders
