Required Skills:

·         Ten (10) years' experience creating and maintaining data models and databases in ERwin, Rational Rose, and Oracle.

·         Seven (7) years' experience providing data architecture expertise across multiple, complex IT development projects.

·         Three (3) years' experience with GIS technology, ArcGIS, ESRI, or Oracle Spatial.

·         Seven (7) years' experience working in state government

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science

 

Preferred Criteria

·         Documented experience working with highway transportation related IT systems preferred.
