Job Description:

Position Title: SAP Project Manager (Project Manager/ Business Analyst).

• Perform project management of large, multi-team, complex migration projects that will move various billing systems internal to Verizon into one billing platform. This will include the AR consolidations and Migrations for AR into SAP.
• Gather, prepare, and maintain complicated project schedules, status information, issue lists, software inventories, financial reporting data, and other material as required to effectively manage efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentation material to management and executives.
• Facilitate and engage in cross-team communication with staff at all levels. Identify issues and negotiate creative solutions.
• Perform other coordination tasks as required to ensure progress and meet schedule commitments.
• Work in concert with project managers responsible for other areas.

Required Skills:

• At least 8 years of significant project management experience, including strong organizational, written communication, oral communication, interpersonal, negotiation, research, and trouble-shooting skills.
• Must be highly motivated individual who is proactive, creative, learns quickly, flexible, and able to work independently and in concert with others in a fast-paced, changing, time-sensitive environment.
• Must have solid experience with SAP project management and lifecycle processes.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Visio.

Additional Skills:

• PMI Certification and experience with AR (Account Receivable) project management would be a plus.

Top 5 or Less Requirements:

• SAP Project Management
• SAP Lifecycle Development Processes
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills : (Resumes will not be rejected for lacking these skills):

• PMI Certification
• Technical experience
• Finance and/or Accounting experience.
• 8 Years Experience in general and/or per skill.
