Position Delivery Location:           Minneapolis, MN or Cincinnati, OH

Position Duration:                            1 year to 18 months

Hours per week:                              Full Time / 40 hour a week

Consultant Role:                               Project Manager

·         Client requires a Windows 7 Migration expert with strong application remediation experience.

·         PMP Certified.

·         Must have been through several large scale Windows 7 Migrations (>40,000 Seats).

·         Managed large, complex enterprise projects

o Minimum of 5,000 – 10,000 hour application development projects or 15,000 to 40,000 overall hour project size

o Average project team size from 15 – 50 FTEs

·         Experience with working in a large structured and rigorous PMO environment

·         Strong change, risk and issue management experience

·         Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

o Demonstrated facilitation, problem solving and presentation skills at an executive level

o Experienced negotiating with project stakeholders

o Managed business and technical cross functional teams in diverse environments

o Delivered clear and concise status reports

·         Strong experience with MS Project

o Project schedule creation

o Project schedule monitoring and control

·         Strong meeting facilitation

·         Demonstrated integrity, maturity and resilience to inspire trust and confidence in their teams

·         Financial Management

o Business case development

o Project estimating

o Budget management

·         Vendor management

·         Experience with Clarity is preferred but not required

·         Detailed oriented as well as proactive and results oriented

·         Experienced with structured project methodologies and deliverables

·         Minimum of 6 – 10 years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling technical projects.
