Required:
3 to 4+ years of J2SE/J2EE development
3+ years SharePoint development experience
5 year minimum application development experience
4 years experience of SQL development
3+ years web application development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
2 years Spring Framework experience
2 years of web services development
Experience Microsoft Lync development
Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
Experience with SOA Methodology
Tomcat experience
Previous team/tech lead experience
Experience using an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
Preferred
1. Oracle PL/SQL experience highly desired
2. Experience writing queries for large databases
3. JBoss experience
4. Experience with Spring Integration and/or Spring Batch
5. Experience with initial implementation of an ESB
Non-technical skills required:
1. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Description
This individual will design and develop Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions for the company. This individual will also be responsible for leading a team of other developers as part of building that solution. This individual will also be involved in unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and UAT testing in support of the software development process. Specifically:
Will work within small to medium sized teams for delivering complex integration projects
Work with stakeholders and technology to better define and verify application and technical requirements
Will work with application architect and development team to coordinate strategic issue resolution, design, defect resolution, tactical enhancements, documentation, and release management.
Develop maintainable code (e.g. Java and PL/SQL) that meets business, functional, and architectural requirements in accordance with established delivery milestones
Provide production support for escalated issues with any enterprise application integration solutions
Should be a self-starter with advanced technical skills
Should be capable of assisting in development of unit test plans, integration test plans, and execution of tests
Develop strong partnership with development, QA, production control, & other technology teams
Review application and technical deliverables throughout development to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and requirement traceability; ensure that development standards are followed, including code reviews and unit testing
