Required Skills:-
2-5 years of Adobe Flex experience
Experience with developing enterprise applications using ActionScript 3.0, Adobe Flex 4+ (4.5 preferred), MXML
Experience with Flex development frameworks
Experience with developing custom components in Flex
Knowledge of the Flex Component Life-Cycle
Experience with XML and UML
Knowledge of OOP and OOAD
