Role Summary & Requirements:
• Perform technical support and system development functions, consistent with defined service levels, for assigned business applications.
This includes the ability to:
o Work closely with end-users to identify issues and capture business requirements
o Translate business requirements into system design specifications

o Coordinate activities across multiple teams (functional and technical)

Analyst/Specialist will receives direction from the Underwriting Manager to perform administrative consultation and configuration support.

Specifically configuring PowerMHS with respect to claims processing (manual and electronic), workflow analysis, process and claims management. Specialist will also contribute to team by developing procedures as it pertains to PowerMHS.

Position Overview:

(Major Functions and Non-Essential Functions): Responsible to work closely with staff solving systems related problems and in planning the development, implementation and maintenance of benefit configuration in DST PowerMHS.

Project Role:

We are looking for a Feature Architect to help lead, design, implement, and deliver with quality the next generation of our hybrid cloud management platform. Candidates should recognize that there is a 10x developer productivity range, and view yourself closer to 10 than 1 in terms of productivity.

You will develop a close relationship with the Product Owner, and act as a conduit to the other team members you support for functional requirement and acceptance criteria clarifications. You will ensure that non-functional requirements are clearly identified and planned for in the product backlog.

In this role, you will interface and develop with a variety of technologies:

• Custom Micro-Services built in C# and hosted in Azure
• Custom web user interfaces built using HTML5, CSS, BootStrap, JavaScript, Knockout, etc.
• Multiple public clouds (i.e. Azure, Amazon Web Services)
• Scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell, Ruby, Perl)
• Automation tools (i.e. Chef, Puppet)
• Cloud configuration management tools (i.e. PowerShell Desired State Configuration)
• Container Implementations (i.e. Docker)

You will leverage your expertise to be the technical lead for one or more Agile teams, ensuring team alignment to overall architecture, product development standards and providing mentoring and guidance to the teams. You will also be a senior software developer within the team, executing against complex user stories within the product backlog.

Skills Required:

§ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
§ 7+ years of experience as a software developer in C# (preferred) or C++ in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
§ 2+ years working in Agile Scrum teams as a team member with deep architectural skills
§ Cloud experience with both Azure and Amazon Web Services strongly desired
§ Record of technical leadership, solid planning, and shipping world-class software
§ Great technical passion, terrific problem-solving skills, a drive for results, and an ability to work independently.
§ Passion for developing high performance, scalable, and reliable software.
§ Passion for quality and a core belief that all members of the feature team share the responsibility for the quality of the product.

Position: OBIEE Reporting Analyst

Specific Responsibilities

‐ The OBIEE Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Analytics Team within the Human Resources organization and be responsible for fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests and generating standard to complex reports for a variety of clients (HR Leadership Team, Business Partners, COEs, as well as Business Leaders and Managers).

Essential Duties and Job Functions

‐ Identify business intelligence (BI) reporting opportunities; design and automate new dashboards that help inform stakeholders of key workforce trends

‐ Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple sources

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

‐ Requires a bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of analytics experience with OBIEE and PeopleSoft

‐ High proficiency working with OBIEE 10g (including BI Answers), PeopleSoft 9.0, SQL and extracting data

‐ Prior experience with setting up and automating reports / dashboards

‐ Understands complexities and nuances with reporting on different hierarchies

‐ Demonstrated experience in analytics and problem solving

‐ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

‐ Self-motivated with a focus on driving results

‐ Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment
