Job Duties and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Use complex algorithms to develop systems & applications that deliver business functions 
• Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex algorithms.
• Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures 
• Write functional & technical design documentation 
• 9+ years of PL/SQL experience 
• 9+ years' experience in software development, maintenance & support preferably at an enterprise level. 
• 5+ years' experience with relational database design with Oracle 
• 5+ years' experience with UNIX 
• Ability to design and develop applications using Oracle PL/SQL technology. 
• Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile concepts 
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and a drive to deliver robust solutions using programming standard. 
• APEX experience preferred but not required 
• Basic knowledge on JAVA scripting & HTML preferred but not required 
• Good communication, comprehension and analytical skills 
• Utility industry experience is a plus but not required

Core Responsibilities:

• Work intimately with Big Data and apply artificial intelligence for analysis
  
• Design and develop effective application solutions which can include new or modified technologies in support of Client product offerings
  
• Create financial dashboards and associated reporting for clients and internal stakeholders to drive and influence business decisions
  
• Integrate and normalize data across unlike systems to generate optimal reporting solutions
  
• Develop web applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

Qualifications and Education:
